Scope
This privacy notice applies to Norynthe web properties, including the public website at www.norynthe.com and investor-facing pages operated by Norynthe.
The sites are primarily informational. They are used to explain Norynthe, provide public company materials, support selected investor review, and allow people to contact Norynthe.
What We Collect
Norynthe may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you choose to send, such as form submissions, emails, meeting requests, diligence questions, or other messages sent to Norynthe.
- Basic website usage data, such as page views, referring pages, approximate location, device/browser information, scrolls, outbound clicks, file downloads, and similar interaction data.
- Investor-site interaction signals, such as material opens, review track clicks, protected packet download attempts, access unlock events, and follow-up request clicks.
- Limited campaign and source context, such as UTM parameters, referring domain, anonymous session ID, approximate city/region/country, device type, browser, operating system, and network or ASN organization where available.
- Local browser state used by the investor portal and Pulse tracker to remember access status, maintain an anonymous session ID during review, and avoid double-counting first-open events during a session.
Norynthe does not intentionally send names, email addresses, passwords, private investor documents, or message contents to Google Analytics or the Pulse visitor log.
The Pulse visitor log does not store raw IP addresses. It uses a salted hash for repeat-visitor recognition and may store Cloudflare-provided approximate location and network metadata.
Norynthe currently uses Tally to collect website form submissions.
Analytics
Norynthe uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors move through the sites, which materials are opened, and whether visitors use contact or follow-up links.
Norynthe uses Microsoft Clarity to generate heatmaps, session recordings, click signals, scroll-depth signals, and related user-experience diagnostics. Clarity helps identify broken interactions, dead clicks, rage clicks, page friction, and layout issues. Clarity masks sensitive text by default.
Norynthe also uses a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare D1 database for Norynthe.Pulse, a lightweight first-party visitor signal log used to understand investor review paths, packet download activity, campaign attribution, and high-level site engagement. This log is intended for operational review rather than advertising resale.
Analytics, Clarity, and Pulse events are used in aggregate and at a session level to improve the website, clarify investor review paths, and understand which pages or materials are most useful. Norynthe.Pulse includes manual clearing, CSV export, and optional retention controls.
Google provides more information about Google Analytics privacy controls and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Microsoft provides more information about Microsoft privacy practices and Clarity privacy disclosure guidance.
